While coffee drinkers may still far outnumber tea drinkers in the US, our speaker, Kateri Meyer, is doing her part to change that.  Meyer is the owner of Traveling Tea, a small tea shop in Maplewood.

In addition to discussing the history of tea, Kateri will explain the differences between various varieties of tea.  She will note the differences between green tea, black tea, white tea and oolong with samples for tasting (decaf & herb tea will also be available for tasting).  She will compare teas that are grown in different parts of the world.  Meyer notes that tea is very much like wine in that it takes on the flavors of the territory in which it grows.  Come and learn about tea!

Bring a friend and you and your friend will both be eligible for a free gift.
