If you are searching for help with your child care needs, age six weeks through 3 years, you have come to the right place!  We know how precious your children are to you.  Our various options will enable you to plan for their care.  We want our program to be an enjoyable and nurturing experience for both you and your children.

St. Lucas Early Childhood Center is committed to helping children know God’s great love in a nurturing environment that fosters developmentally appropriate growth and encourages children to share this love.

We provide a positive, caring Christian environment where children can feel secure and develop trust as they grow physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Our activities and environment are designed to meet each child’s individual needs and interests. Children from six weeks to five years of age are accepted on a part-time or full-time basis.

St. Lucas Early Childhood Center admits children without regard to color, creed, race, religion or nationality. Your child will enjoy age appropriate activities, including:

  • hearing stories
  • doing arts and crafts to show you how he/she can do new things
  • singing songs and playing games with their new friends
  • participating in fine and gross motor activities
  • and learning even more about the love of Jesus

Hours, Schedule and Costs...

The center opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
It is highly recommended that your child be in the center no more than 10 hours per day.

 Registration Fee – (one time, non-refundable)
$150 for first child,     $100 for additional children		 Security Deposit – one week’s tuition due prior to starting
(Will be applied to your last week’s attendance.)

Tuition is due on the first day of your child’s week.
Church member families in good standing will receive a 10% discount on each child’s fee.
Non-member families with multiple children enrolled will receive a 5 % discount on each child’s fees.

(Tuition fees will remain the same regardless of holidays, illness, center closings
or days absent other than allotted personal days.)

Each child is allowed two weeks of personal leave per year at no charge.*
*Must be enrolled six months to qualify.

Extended Day Fees for Preschoolers – $35 annual registration fee
(Extended care must be scheduled in advance)
Before school care:   $7/day
      After school care:     $7/day if picked up by 4pm;  
$12/day between 4:01-5:00pm;   $16/day for 5:01-6:00pm
Early Dismissal: $40/day
Full day: $70/day (only if space allows)
The center is closed for the following holidays:
New Year’s Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day and Day After
MLK (Professional Development) Independence Day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Good Friday Labor Day New Year’s Eve-close at 4:30

The center will close when weather conditions are extremely severe or for other emergency situations.  Closings will be announced on Procare, KMOV 4, KSDK 5, and Fox 2 news.
